Return & Refund Policy – Marriage Counseling Clinic – FixMyBond

At Marriage Counseling Clinic – FixMyBond appointment slots are reserved exclusively for each client. Once an appointment is booked the time slot is blocked and cannot be reassigned easily.

If a fixed appointment slot is cancelled by the client a cancellation charge of ₹500 will be applied.

This ₹500 amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the client has paid an amount above ₹500 the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the cancellation charge.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within the standard processing time (working 8 hour).
